The Caring Ministry is filled with people who turn faith into action, who have the eyes and ears for personal needs within our congregation.
Deacons
As officers of the church, Deacons have the responsibility of taking the faith we profess and putting it into action. Deacons act as the eyes and ears of our Pastors, keeping in touch with their flocks, visiting, praying, encouraging, and passing along any information about need. Some specific things they do include taking flowers and communion to people who are housebound, coordinating meals, doing hospitality during funerals, and caring for those going through the post-high school transition.
